I’m Laura Jugan and I spent YEARS sitting behind a desk all day.  The most exercise I got was huffing & puffing up the stairs of the parking lot after work. 

I knew something had to change when one day I decided go for a jog.  My lungs literally felt like they were on FIRE and I could barely breathe!  In my head I was still the fit athlete I was in high school, but years of inactivity, weight gain, and smoking had taken its toll.

I spent a lot of time experimenting and researching to develop a simple system that helped me become healthy, happy & fit. I now spend my days helping busy professionals, just like you, create their healthy fit lifestyle.
